Technical expertise to support these compliance initiatives includes development of accurate and defensible emission/effluent inventories, technical evaluations of water and air pollution control technologies, preparation of wastewater surcharge statements, hazardous materials business plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), stormwater permitting assistance, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, waste management plans, hazardous waste minimization plans (SB-14), environmental management systems, regulatory compliance analysis/ auditing and agency notifications.
