Kevin has worked in the regulatory environmental field for over 12 years with a specialization in air quality. He previously worked as a local air quality regulator and experienced with a wide variety of source types including oil and gas facilities, solvent facilities, wineries, wastewater treatment plants, aerospace operations, and landfills. He has experience with permitting (New Source Review and Title V), annual reporting, New Source Performance Standards, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, Best Available Control Technology determinations, and California Environmental Quality Act. Additionally, Kevin worked as a facility operator that involved collaborating with compliance and operational staff, regulators, and other third parties to ensure compliance with permits and agreements. This included submitting reports, plans, permit applications and other documentation to local and state regulatory agencies.
