Personal Interest:

My wife and I had our daughter in 2019 and we love to get into all sorts of trouble together!  Outside of work, we try to get outside for at least a little while every day, whether it be at the beach, on the mountain bike, or at the park down the street.  We love great food and I take a lot of pride in making great bbq with my decrepit old Webber!  I’ve been playing piano since I was about five, and really enjoy when my daughter starts singing along to Piano Man (she’s surprisingly good at harmonica), groovin’ to In the Mood, or jumpin’ to Linus & Lucy if it’s during the holidays.

Elliott has worked with a multitude of regulatory compliance programs at the local, state, and federal level. Technical expertise to support these initiatives includes strong coordination among site management, technical consultants, and regulatory agency staff; strong report writing and communication skills; detailed technical analyses and impact assessments of regulatory requirements; development of accurate and defensible emission inventories and permit applications, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), environmental management systems, and compliance audits.
